Earlier, at NASA-JPL he led planetary-probe and small-sat propulsion projects while advising French and Soviet space efforts. Over three decades he has steered startups and national programs alike, blending deep-space engineering with scrappy execution. Today he is CEO and founder of Phantom Space, which is redefining acces to space for the New Space era with Daytona - The Model T of Low Earth Orbit.
